Project Description
Automations
A few years ago, the advanced electrical systems and automations of buildings were limited only to special buildings were installed by some only. However, today the needs of the market are changing rapidly and radically. Companies and individuals expect much more from the electrical installation now found in buildings than before.
The pursuit for more comfort as well as better working conditions, which affect productivity, the needs for greater energy savings, security and integrated management of facilities has raised the standard of requirements for modern buildings.
The new era of electrical installations has begun to grow and develop considerably over the last years. The BUS technology provides solutions, integrating the capabilities of information and communication technologies. Its basic principle is the communication of all devices and materials of the installation through a separate cable network resulting in the circulation and relay information between them.
In this way, at every point of the installation, there are few wires, while the functional interfaces are made by programming the installation through software. Thus, most usage changes are now made through reprogramming, without changes in wiring.
With these techniques, an open, flexible environment is created in the building in which lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, electric shutters, communicate with each other and have a single way of management and operation.
